Fee Structure
At The Circle, we understand that managing healthcare costs alongside your daily expenses can be challenging. Our priority is to provide you with high-quality, compassionate care, and our fees reflect the expertise, time, and personalised attention our team dedicates to each patient. These fees also help ensure we can continue offering the extra support you need, including guidance beyond your appointments. While we recognise that healthcare is an investment, we believe prioritising your well-being is one of the most valuable decisions you can make.
We utilise the AMA standardised fee structure as copied below for consultation services.
Staff will inform you of any other fees and/or medicate rebates for additional services as required.

Our Approach to Fees
At The Circle, we strive to offer the highest level of care specific to your needs. To sustain this level of service, our fees are structured accordingly. We appreciate your trust in us and your investment in your long-term health.
Transparent Pricing
We believe in being upfront about costs. However, fees may change over time due to external factors, such as Medicare rebate adjustments or inflation. If any updates occur, we will notify you in advance.
Cancellation & Appointment Changes
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To help you manage your schedule, we send SMS reminders one week before and again 48 hours prior to your appointment. While we know things can get busy, we ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled visit.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee (100%), which must be settled before making a future booking.
We recognise that unexpected situations arise, and we always aim to be understanding. If you believe special circumstances apply to your cancellation, please contact our reception team. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
